What brands do you print on?

Eastside Original standard shirts are printed on Anvil tees unless otherwise noted on item product page. Our tees are 100% printed in the USA.


What size tee should I order?

Each product page has a link to sizing charts. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product.


I ordered two tees of the same size, why is one smaller?

Some of the designs are printed on different style tees. Check the product description for any special sizing notes.


What type of printing process is used on your apparel?

All of Eastside Original's tees and bandanas are screen printed. Our standard tees are printed with water-based or discharge ink which leaves an extremely soft print. Discharge ink is a process where the ink has a bleaching agent mixed in so it will re-dye the fabric to the color printed and once washed you won't feel any ink on the t-shirt. You won't feel any ink because the fabric fibers that were once black (or whatever color of the t-shirt) have now been turned the printed color for good. Our Eastside Original Logo tee uses a soft hand plastisol in order to get a bright white print. Check the product pages for the specific type of printing for each individual product.


Are there any special washing instructions?

We highly suggest that you machine wash the tees inside-out in warm water and DO NOT bleach! Eastside Original Logo tee should be washed in cold water and DO NOT bleach. This will help to preserve the design. Be sure to wash dark colors separately. Do not iron over the designs. We also suggest to not have the tee dry cleaned because solvents are often used that may be harmful to the print. Since all of the tees and bandanas are 100% cotton or have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, tumble dry on medium or hang dry.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.


Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you do have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.


How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).


How can I be sure my order has gone through?

After an order has been placed and we have received payment you will receive a confirmation email which means your order is now being processed.


Who do I contact about wholesale opportunities?

We currently do not offer wholesale accounts but we look forward to providing that opportunity soon.


Shipping


How long will delivery of my order take?

Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous United States takes 5-10 business days. Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally but we hope to provide that service soon.


How much does shipping cost?

It depends on the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the item(s) to your cart and press the "update total" button.


My order hasn't arrives, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived after two weeks from purchase date, please contact us via the contact page of the website. State the date of purchase, contact name, mailing address and email address.


What is your return  policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unworn, unwashed and stain free items can be returned within 5 days of delivery for a different size. There is a $5 charge to cover re-shipment and re-stocking fees. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to mail the item back. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If you received the wrong item, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional shipping charge. In this situation, please contact us for further information.
